At Jøssåsen we have five different family-houses. Each house consists of 2-5 villagers plus 3-4 coworkers/interns. Every household is a unit for itself. They are rather different from each other and manages daily life in an individual way. Each house is an autonomous unit with its own name, economy, and social plan, preparing own meals, evening activities, and so on. Everyone in the house has his/her own room, providing them with a private atmosphere.
We live in such a way because it gives many social challenges: it is different to live with others who maybe struggle with greater (or other)difficulties than others. In this situation it is not the "patient" in the centre of attention, but rather the wholeness as in a family. In this sense the attention moves around the whole time.
